New Member Signup Form

If you are new to the club, fill out the following form to register. If you are under 18 years of age, we do require that your parent or guardian approve your membership. Once you have completed this form and submitted it to us, tell your parent or guardian to check his/her email. An email notice will be waiting for them. This notice lets them know that you want to join our Club, gives them a chance to check out the site, and accept or deny your membership by clicking on one of two links. Once your parent or guardian has made a decision, an email will be sent back to you letting you know if you’re in! It’s important to remember that Basic Fun’s website offers lots of cool stuff to learn and do inside and outside the Club, so either way you’re in!
